Cancelling or changing a visit

Please tell us at least 24 hours ahead if you cannot come. We would rather rebook than see you rushed, and we understand when illness gets in the way.

Needles and cleaning

Needles are sterile, single-use and thrown away in a sharps box after the visit. Tools that touch skin are cleaned between people. Your acupuncturist washes their hands before and after every visit.

The usual effects of a needle visit are a small bruise, a brief ache at a point or light-headedness. Serious problems are rare. Your acupuncturist explains the risks before any needle goes in.

Scents and sound

We do not use incense or scented oils. Please skip strong perfume. Phones on silent, please.

Your records

We keep your records private and share them only as the law allows. We ask your permission before we contact another provider. Our privacy page lists what this website collects.

Accessibility

The entrance is level and the treatment room has space for a wheelchair. Tell us what helps you and we will arrange the room.
